Training: what you can practice on the range

A guide to the Snay Strike Training mode: the Sci-Fi Range rules, the distance and damage walls, switching heroes and setting up sensitivity and crosshair.

Training is the solo Snay Strike mode, with no opponents. The mode's description in the game: “Sharpen your shooting and tactics on dedicated training grounds.”

Getting started

To start, pick the Training card on the mode selection screen. Training takes place on Sci-Fi Range, a training complex for trying out weapons, movement and heroes.

Range rules

  • There is no timer: train as long as you like.
  • You respawn immediately after dying.
  • You can switch heroes at any time — the switch takes effect immediately.
  • The in-game shop works anywhere on the range.

What the range has

  • The distance wall: after each hit it shows the distance to the target, the damage dealt and the hit zone. Use it to compare damage at different distances.
  • The damage wall: it creates a target modeled on your current hero, with real hit zones — handy for checking how much damage a shot does to different parts of the body.

What to practise

Tips from the loading screen: use Training to set up your sensitivity and crosshair, and check weapon recoil at different distances. Sensitivity and the crosshair are changed in the game’s settings.

Training is also the right place to get to know the heroes' abilities: try each one before you take a hero into Team Battle.
