Game Rules

Snay Strike is a competitive game: all players must play on equal terms. The Game Rules supplement the Terms of Use and apply in matches, in training and in all features of the Game.

Fair play

Gaining an advantage other than by your own play is prohibited. In particular, it is prohibited:

• to use cheats: aimbots, seeing through walls, speed hacks, teleportation and any programs that give an advantage;
• to modify game files and use unofficial or modified versions of the Game;
• to use bots, scripts, macros and other means of automating play;
• to interfere with the Game's network traffic with the servers or tamper with data.

Bugs and vulnerabilities

If you find a bug that gives an advantage, multiplies currency or items or lets you bypass the rules, do not use it and report it to support at support@snaystrike.com with the subject “Bug report”. Deliberately exploiting such bugs breaks the rules.

Unfair advantage and accounts

• transferring, selling, buying and renting accounts, and playing on someone else's account;
• creating additional accounts to bypass restrictions;
• deliberately playing together with a rule breaker, fixed matches and boosting other people's accounts.

Behaviour in a match

• deliberately staying inactive in a match or leaving it to harm the team;
• actions intended to hinder your own team;
• passing information about your team to the opposing team.

Economy and trading

Strikes, Coins and items are used only within the Game. Selling accounts, currency, items and in-game services for real money, and organising gambling, betting and lotteries with them, are prohibited.

What happens after a violation

Depending on the severity and repetition of the violation, the following may be applied:

• a temporary or permanent account ban — the Game reports a ban at sign-in, with the type and duration of the restriction;
• a restriction of particular features, for example messaging;
• the correction of currency and items obtained in breach of the rules.

A decision is made after a review. For serious violations, for example using cheats, an account may be banned permanently.

How to report a violation

Write to support at support@snaystrike.com with the subject “Player or cheater report” and state the rule breaker's Player ID, the time and a description of the violation. If you believe your account was restricted by mistake, write to the same address and state your Player ID.
