Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct describes how to communicate in Snay Strike so that the game stays comfortable for everyone. It applies to direct messages, nicknames and other materials players post in the Game, in whatever language they are written. The Code supplements the Terms of Use and the Game Rules.

Not acceptable

• inciting hatred and discrimination on the grounds of race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, gender, orientation, disability and other characteristics, including through symbols and veiled references;
• insults, bullying, harassment and threats, including outside the Game;
• obscene, sexual and pornographic material, and gross profanity;
• calls for violence and illegal activity, and its promotion;
• fraud, phishing links, attempts to trick others out of account access or items, fake giveaways and tournaments;
• impersonating Snay Strike staff, moderators or official representatives;
• disclosing other people's personal data: name, address, phone number, photos and other real-life information;
• spam, flooding and advertising unrelated to Snay Strike, including links to third-party resources;
• offers to buy or sell accounts, currency, items and in-game services;
• distributing cheats, malware and unofficial versions of the Game.

How to protect yourself

• block a player — they will not be able to interact with you through the social features;
• in the privacy settings, choose who may message you and send you friend requests and invitations;
• never share the sign-in details of your VK ID, Google and email accounts or the sign-in codes from emails, and do not follow suspicious links: Snay Strike staff never ask for a password or a sign-in code.

Consequences of violations

For a breach of the Code, a messaging restriction or a temporary or permanent account ban may be applied. The measure depends on the severity and repetition of the violation; repeated violations lead to stricter measures.

How to report a violation

Write to support at support@snaystrike.com with the subject “Player or cheater report”, state the player's Player ID and describe the violation.
