What is a Player ID
A Player ID is the permanent number of a Snay Strike game account. Where to find it in the game, what it is for and why it cannot be used to sign in.
A Player ID is the public number of a Snay Strike game account. The game assigns it, and it stays with the account for good: it never changes and is never passed on to another player.
Where to find your Player ID
- on the game's home screen — in the profile block, next to the ID label;
- on the player statistics page — in a line like “ID: 12345678” (an example number).
It is easiest to write the number down or keep a screenshot.
Other players’ IDs are shown in the game too — for example, the screen after you die shows the ID of the player who took you down.
What a Player ID is for
- The store: the Player ID identifies who receives a Strikes pack. The store runs in test mode for now, and the website does not verify the Player ID.
- Support: include your Player ID when your question is about your game account.
- Player reports: email support with the subject “Player or cheater report” and include the offender’s Player ID.

A Player ID is not a password
You cannot sign in with a Player ID: it is a public number, not a credential. You can share it with other players and with support. Never share passwords or sign-in codes.
